We also do dubbing and ADR, that is post-sync, and we edit and mix the material to picture. You can come with your own voice or ask us to find one. The voice decides whether a listener stays with a voiceover recording. Background noise or harsh sibilants can spoil even a well-read script, which is why we record voice talent in a room prepared for the voice, with an engineer who runs the session and catches what the talent cannot hear at the microphone.
We record for radio and television ads, for video and spots, for games and e-learning, for idents and audiobooks, and for film - dubbing and post-sync run on the same craft.
How much does a voiceover recording cost?
A voice session is billed like any recording with an engineer:

A short ident or an ad spot is usually a fraction of a recording hour. Longer material - an audiobook, a course, a whole dubbed role - is priced by scope, because an hour of idents is a different job than an hour of an audio drama. Tell us what you have to record and how long it is, and we will come back with a firm figure.
Can I bring my own voice or do you have talent?
Both work. If you already have a voice picked, we run the recording here: you book the studio, the talent sits at the microphone, and our engineer handles the technical side and makes sure the material leaves the session ready to edit.
If you need someone to read the script, tell us what the project is and what kind of voice you are after, and we will suggest a direction for that particular material.
Will you record the voice off site?
Yes. On-location recording at the client’s place is a separate item on our service list: the engineer packs the gear and records where the session has to happen. We handle voiceover recording, podcast production and directing sessions outside the studio the same way. We quote the travel together with the work and give the rate before confirming a date.
Do you do dubbing and post-sync?
Yes, and it is one of our specialisations, alongside vocal recording and modern music production. We run dubbing from recording the actors through to the finished mix, and ADR sessions, that is post-sync, when a line has to be recorded to already-edited picture.
It matters, because a voice recorded to picture has to hit the lip movement and the energy of the scene, not just sound clean. Part of the team are graduates and lecturers of the Sound Creation programme at the Warsaw Film School across the street, where building the soundtrack to picture is an everyday task.
What do I get after the session?
That depends on where the material goes next.
You can take the raw voice recording and work with it on your side. You can also leave it with us: we clean the track, level it, edit the doubled takes and mix the whole thing - to picture too, including a 5.1 mix. We hand over the finished track in the format you need for an ad, a video, a game or an audiobook.
How do I book a voiceover recording?
Tell us what you have to record: the type of project, the length of the script, the date, and whether you are coming with your own voice or looking for one with us. We give you a rate and a date on that basis.
The studio is at Adama Mickiewicza 9 unit U1 in Żoliborz, 600 metres from the Dworzec Gdański station. You can get there by metro, tram and rail, so you reach the session without a car. The three studios can work separately or as one complex, and we invoice foreign clients in foreign currencies.
